The Niagara Falls Americans are excited to announce their first signings of the 2025 season! This new season will be highlighted by the arrival of many new players, the return of several Americans from the 2024 season, as well as a new manager/head coach. The Americans will look to build upon an inaugural season that saw the team fall just one win short of playoff contention. The roster is currently made up of the following players:

The Americans have several exciting players joining us this summer! The roster is made up of several SUNY Niagara, Niagara University, and D’Youville University players. Players from SUNY Niagara will look to build upon their winning ways with the college, as they hold a perfect 49-0 record, and are about to start play in the NJCAA Division III World Series tournament.
The team is expected to compete strongly, as they are ranked 2nd in NJCAA DIII in the most recent poll. Among these SUNY Niagara players is starting pitcher Matt Barr, who has been credited a win in all 9 of his appearances with the Thunderwolves, earning himself a 1.98 ERA and 0.70 WHIP along the way. This strong performance has Barr listed among the top 150 MLB Draft prospects this year by numerous outlets, with Perfect Game ranking him as the top prospect in JUCO baseball.
Our home opener is scheduled for Friday June 6th at 6:30pm, when the Americans will host the Niagara-Canada Ironbacks. This season’s home opener will also feature a post-game fireworks display, presented by Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.
