The Lockport Police Department posted this afternoon on their Facebook page that they were able to catch a dog that had been running through traffic in the Lock City.
Commenters on the post noted that the dog has been running around the city for several days.
Police are looking for the owner of the dog and ask anyone with any information on the owner please contact the Lockport Police Dog Control Officer.
No charges were filed against the pooch.
