The company said that job seekers “interested in a fast-paced career with Spectrum” are encouraged to attend and apply.

Interested applicants will have the opportunity to speak with members of the Spectrum Leadership team for the Customer Service Representative position and answer any additional questions about the company. Applicants are welcome to bring an updated resume with them for submission, and from there the applicant interview and hiring process will begin.

Spectrum Mobile Customer Service Representatives in our Amherst location provide customers with activation and technical support.

These roles offer a starting wage of $20/hr., an additional $.75 shift differential for evening work hours.

In addition to a $20 minimum starting wage, employees receive comprehensive health benefits, and for eleven consecutive years, Spectrum has absorbed the full annual cost increase of medical, dental and vision coverage. The company also offers employees a market-leading retirement plan, with a 401(k) that matches the first 6% of employee contributions, plus a Retirement Accumulation Plan with an additional 3% company contribution for which Customer Service Representatives are eligible, bringing the total company contribution to a potential 9%.

Charter employees can also receive up to $10,000 per year in education assistance, and 100% of tuition costs covered for full-time employees pursuing select degrees and certificates through the new Charter Education Benefit powered by Guild, as well as complimentary and discounted pricing on Spectrum Internet®, TV and Mobile.

Applicants are highly encouraged to apply and complete the required assessment online at jobs.spectrum.com/amherst-jobs prior to attending event, as we anticipate this to be a high-volume event.
