Niagara County Clerk Joseph A. Jastrzemski said that, beginning Wednesday, the City of Lockport will be milling and paving Market and Elm streets near the Lockport Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office located at 111 Main Street.
The DMV office will be open but street parking will not be available during this time. Parking will be available in the city lot behind the post office.
