A new addition is coming to Western New York’s food truck lineup. Cousins Maine Lobster is expanding its lobster roll empire with a truck service Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse.

A leader in the fast casual seafood industry, “Cousins Maine Lobster brings the highest quality Maine lobster rolls to neighborhoods everywhere by way of their infamous food trucks, brick & mortar restaurants, and a shore-to-door gourmet online shop,” according to a press release from the company.

Since their appearance on Shark Tank where they partnered with Barbara Corcoran, cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis franchised to expand their footprint across the U.S. and has become one of the top Shark Tank investments of all time.

Cousins Maine Lobster will be celebrating this expansion with three separate grand openings events in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse. Customers can join the four-day celebration in:

Following the grand opening appearances, the truck will be shared by the three communities on a six-day-per-week rotation.

The schedules for each community can be found at the below links.

“Our schedule is already booking out for the summer, filled with trips to some really exciting wineries, breweries, festivals and lots of great shopping centers and other businesses we are excited to co-market with,” a company spokesperson said in response to an email from All WNY. “We’re also booking weddings, private parties, staff-appreciation events for local businesses and business parks, lunches for apartment communities, HOA events and more!  We urge anyone looking to book our truck to reach out soon so we can get you on our schedule!”

The WNY truck will be run by “Pete and Cindy,” a couple from New England who have owned and operated trucks in New Jersey and Pennsylvania “and are incredibly excited to expand into Upstate NY,” the representative said in the same email. “They have always loved upstate New York as it has it’s own New England-like charm and welcoming tight-knit communities.”
