LOCKPORT – On May 31, 2024, Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Christopher C. Cheverie, 42 of Lockport.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Cheverie was arrested on the following felony charges:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell 3rd.
- Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug 3rd.
- Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell 3rd.
Cheverie was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
