BATAVIA — The Niagara Falls Americans, a new team playing out of Sal Maglie Stadium, lost their first game of the season — and of their existence — to the Batavia Muckdogs, 12-11.

The Americans play in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League, which has seen over 180 prospects sign with the MLB. The Muckdogs are another Can-USA owned team in the PGCBL, as are the Elmira Pioneers, who the Americans will play on June 16.

In all, the Americans are scheduled to play 51 games in 2024 with 28 of them slated to be played at Sal Maglie Stadium.

Season tickets are currently on sale starting at $99.  If you or someone you know is looking for sponsorship packages or season tickets, you can email CAN-USA Sports General Manager Marc Witt mwitt.canusa@gmail.com for information.
