LOCKPORT — The parties involved in the injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on Old Beattie Road in the Town of Lockport on 5/13/24 at 2056 hours have been identified as follows:
- The bicylist that was struck is 36 year old Kevin Budde, of the Town of Lockport.
- The operator of the Nissan Rogue was 28 year old Anthony Phillips of the Town of Lockport.
Budde remains in critical condition at ECMC. The investigation by the NCSO AIU team is continuing.
