LOCKPORT – Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrests of 21-year-old Quandre Colston, 23-year-old Davon Bloom, 20-Year-old Dennis Parson and 29-year-old Adrian Petty, all whom are incarcerated individuals at the Niagara County Correctional Facility.
On April 29, 2024, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau conducted an investigation into an Assault that occurred between inmates at the Niagara County Correctional Facility.
As a result of that investigation, Colston was charged with one count of Assault 2nd (D-felony), Bloom was charged with one count of Assault 2nd (D-felony), Parson was charged with one count of Assault 2nd (D-felony) and Petty was charged with one count of Assault 2nd(D-felony).
All parties were arraigned in Niagara County CAP court and will have future court dates in the Town of Lockport court.
