Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced today the arrest of 31-year old Gregory Perry and 35-year old Ashley McMillen, both residents of Niagara Falls, following an investigation of a missing elderly male by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office and Town of Niagara Police Department.

Perry was arrested and charged with one count of Assault 2nd, Criminal Contempt 1st, Kidnapping 2nd and Robbery 2nd. He was transported to the Niagara County Jail where he was arraigned and remanded without bail. McMillen was arrested on one count of Robbery 2nd, Kidnapping 2nd and Assault 2nd. She was transported to the Niagara County Jail, where she was arraigned and remanded in lieu of $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond.
