Voting in the 2023 All WNY Awards has concluded with 6,304 ballots cast overall.
The categories with the most votes were:
- MUSIC — Best Classic Rock Cover Band – 1,758 responses
- MUSIC — Best Live Band – 1,658 responses
- MUSIC — Best Concert Photographer – 1,400 responses
And the categories with the least votes were:
- BUSINESS — Best Karaoke Spot – 154 responses
- BUSINESS — Best Barber / Hairstylist – 154 responses
- BUSINESS — Best Bodega – 150 responses
- COMMUNITY — Best LGBTQ+ Space – 137 responses
Some voting margins were razor thin. Other victories were overwhelming. And there were at least a few ties.
We’ll announce the top three vote getters in each category on April 1, which coincides with All WNY Radio’s 18th birthday.
