A 51-year-old Barker man was charged with two counts of grand larceny and one county of criminal possession of stolen property by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
According to an NCSO report, Paul Rutherford Jr., stole equipment and diesel in multiple locations in Niagara County.
Rutherford was arrested by NCSO and remanded to the Niagara County Jail.
