On January 17, 2024, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Niagara arrested Kaprisha I. Gatson, 21 of Lyons, NY for Rape 3rd degree (E Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
On December 23, 2023, Troopers responded to a domestic dispute on Fox Circle in the town of Lockport. Investigation determined that Gatson had sexual intercourse with a sixteen-year-old male. SP Lockport, Bureau of Criminal Investigation used multiple investigative recourses and Gatson turned herself in at SP Niagara on January 17, 2024.
Gatson was processed and issued an appearance ticket for the town of Lockport Court for a later date in February 2024.
