Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrest of 34-year old Jason Lolley, of Avoca, NY, on a charge of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
Lolley was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau following the investigation into the sexual abuse of a 6-year old female, who was known to Lolley.
Lolley was transported to the Niagara County Jail, where he will be arraigned through CAP Court.
