TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Cambria man was stands accused of crashing into a Niagara County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle and then lighting it on fire was released from medical care at ECMC and remanded to the Niagara County Jail.
Schuyler P. Johnson has been charged with Arson 3rd (C-Felony) Menacing a Police Officer (D-Felony), Criminal Mischief 2nd (D-Felony), Menacing 2nd – Weapon (Misdemeanor), Reckless Driving (Misdemeanor) and multiple VTL Violations.
