LOCKPORT – Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of an incarcerated individual, Yusef E. Myrick with Assault in the Second Degree (D-Felony).
The arrest comes after an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Officer Criminal Investigation Bureau in which Myrick head-butted a Correction Officer on December 17, 2023. The Correction Officer also sustained a knee injury as a result of the incident.
Myrick was arraigned at Niagara County CAP Court and held for a future appearance at the Town of Lockport Court.
