On November 30, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Colin L. Bryant-Myles, 35 of Niagara Falls, NY.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Bryant-Myles was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges:
- Three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd
- Three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd.
Bryant-Myles was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
