On December 4, 2023, Troopers out of SP Fredonia arrested Kelly M. Plucinski, 41 of Sheridan, NY for Menacing 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
On December 4, 2023, at 6:18 P.M., Troopers out of SP Fredonia responded to a domestic dispute on East Main Street in the town of Sheridan. Investigation determined that Plucinski physically threatened a victim with a box cutter during a verbal argument. This occurred in the vicinity of children under 17-years-old.
Troopers arrested Plucinski and was processed at SP Fredonia. Plucinski was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
