On December 5, 2023, Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Darrell K. Dennis, 56 of Niagara Falls, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator and other Vehicle and Traffic infractions.
On December 5, 2023, at 3:05 A.M., Troopers stopped Dennis on Hyde Park Blvd in the city of Niagara Falls for traffic infractions. While interviewing Dennis, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present and was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s. Dennis was transported to SP Lockport for processing and recorded a .12% BAC.
Dennis was issued traffic tickets returnable to the city of Niagara Falls Court for a later date in January 2024.
