LOCKPORT – Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrest of 44-year old, Michael Papa, of Lockport, following a fraud investigation conducted by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau.
Papa was arrested on one count of Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd and four counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd. He was arraigned through the Niagara County CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.
