On October 24, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Mack W. Gamble Jr., 49 and Michael E. Fox, 34. both of North Tonawanda, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
Gamble has been indicted on the follow charges: Criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd Criminal possession of a controlled subststance 4th.
Fox has been indicted on the following charges: Criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 5th Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
Gamble and Fox were held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
