LOCKPORT — Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti, in partnership with the Niagara County Department of Social Services and the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office announces that during the third quarter of 2023, 15 individuals were arrested by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office on charges connected to welfare fraud within Niagara County.
The following is a list of individuals arrested and their associated charges: –
- Ann Mozell, 40yof, arrested on one count of Grand Larceny 4th, three counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Tiffany Button, 40 yof, arrested on 3 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Wendy Peterson, 45yof, arrested on 8 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Jeffrey Conley, 44yom, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Patrick Plyman, 36yom, arrested on 3 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Alanna Plyman, 36yof, arrested on 5 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Lisa Kyler, 37yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Mary Kyle, 62yof, arrested on seven counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Welfare Fraud 4th and Grand Larceny 4th.
- Tequilia Lewis, 36yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Cindy Wilson, 55yof, arrested on one count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Brittny Robinson, 37yof, arrested on one count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- John Mayfield, 42yom, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Bethany Turner, 37yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Stephanie Flynn, 42yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Qu’Shanta Edwards, 34yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, and one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
