On October 3, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Michael D. Holmes., 38, of Sardinia, NY, for Criminal Contempt 2nd.
Troopers responded to a 911 report of a domestic dispute on Warner Gulf Road, in the town of Sardinia. Further investigation revealed that the victim had an order of protection against Michael Holmes. He was arrested and processed at SP Boston. Holmes was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Sardinia court at a later date.
