RANSOMVILLE — On October 2, 2023 at approximately 2147 hours, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Communication Center received several calls reporting a trailer fire at the Niagara Woodland Campground at 3435 New Road.
Arriving police and fire units located an unoccupied RV Trailer fully engulfed. The fire was contained to the trailer of origin and was subsequently extinguished by responding fire personnel. The trailer is considered a total loss. The investigation into the origin of the fire is being conducted by the Niagara County Fire Investigation Unit.
