On September 27, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested Nathan A. Hebdon, 36, of Franklinville, NY, for Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating an August 27, 2023 shoplifting incident which occurred at a business on State Route 16 in the village of Franklinville determined Hebdon had stolen merchandise valued at $3.60.
Hebdon was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Franklinville Town Court, where he is due to return in October.
