The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) are investigating a shooting on the I-190, north bound on Friday September 22, 2023, at approximately 7:12 a.m. Seeking public assistance on any information on a dark sedan traveling on the I-190 north bound in the vicinity Rich Products Building in the city of Buffalo. No injuries as a result of this incident.
