On September 23, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Brian M. Answeeney, 46 of Elma, NY for driving while intoxicated.
On September 23, 2023, Troopers were called to a disturbance at 90 Clark Ct in the town of Elma. Further information received was that the suspect Answeeney had left the residence and a description of the vehicle that Answeeney would be operating was given. Troopers located said vehicle while in route to the residence, on Briggswood Dr in the town of Elma. After further investigation Answeeney was placed under arrest and failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Answeeney refused to submit to a chemical test.
Answeeney was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court for October 26, 2023.
