On September 16, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Mark E. Spoth., 60, of Clarence, NY, for Criminal Mischief 4th.
Troopers responded to a vandalism complaint on Transit Road in the town of Clarence. Further investigation revealed that Spoth had caused damage to the victim’s property. Spoth was arrested and processed at SP Clarence. Spoth was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Clarence court at a later date.
