On September 13, 2023, Troopers arrested Matthew E Reardon, 30 of Marilla, NY for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a BAC higher than .18% and speeding.
On September 13,2023, Troopers stopped Reardon on Bowen Rd in the town of Elma for speeding. Reardon was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Reardon recorded a .22% BAC.
Reardon was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court for September 21, 2023.
