On September 7, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Scott J. McMahon, 41 of Orchard Park, NY for driving while intoxicated and no headlight.
On September 7, 2023, Troopers observed McMahon traveling north bound on Boston State Rd. with a headlight out. Traffic stop was initiated. McMahon was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Boston for processing.
McMahon was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Boston court for September 2023.
