On August 22, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Scott L. Blair., 39, of Clarence, NY, for Criminal Contempt 2nd and Aggravated Harassment.
Troopers responded to a 911 report of a domestic dispute on Stage Road, in the town of Clarence. Further investigation revealed that the victim had an order of protection against Scott Blair.
He was arrested and processed at SP Clarence. Blair was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
