On August 22, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Cody A. Eaton., 33, of Attica, NY, for felony Driving While Intoxicated-Previous Conviction Within Ten Years.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pee Dee Road in the town of Java. During the interview, Eaton was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Eaton had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit a chemical test. Eaton was arraigned at the town of Warsaw court and released upon his own recognizance.
