LOCKPORT – Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrest of 37 year old, David C. Killian II, an incarcerated individual at the Niagara County Correctional Facility. On August 14, 2023, members of the Corrections Emergency Response Team were attempting to secure Killian when he spit toilet water onto an officer’s face.
Several minutes later while a different officer was checking on Killian, Killian spit water onto the officer’s eyes, mouth and nose. Killian was charged with one count of Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Inmate (E-Felony) and one count of Harassment 2nd (Violation).
Killian will be arraigned in Niagara County CAP Court and given a later court date for the Town of Lockport Court.
