On July 31, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Terrence A Hardy, 39 of Lockport, NY.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Hardy was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges: Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd Two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd.
Hardy was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
