On July 28, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Kathryn L. Gutillo, 50 of Clarence, NY for driving while intoxicated, move from lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
On July 28, 2023, Troopers responded to County Rd. in the town of Clarence for a vehicle driving on the rim of the vehicle. Gutillo had been involved in a property damage accident in which she had struck another vehicle and a mailbox, prior to stop. Gutillo was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s. Gutillo refused to submit to a chemical test.
Gutillo was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for August 15, 2023.
