On July 18, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Angel F. Marin Diaz., 41, of Sloan, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th.
Troopers conducting a sobriety road check in the town of Alden arrested Angel F. Marin Diaz. During the interview Marin Diaz was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Marin Diaz had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Marin Diaz was found to be in possession of cocaine. He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Alden, where he refused to submit a chemical test. Marin Diaz was released with appearance tickets for the town of Alden court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
