On July 8, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Joel J. Pederson., 38, of Wellsville, NY, for Criminal Contempt 2nd.
Troopers responded to a 911 report of a domestic dispute on Keeney Road, in the town of Warsaw. Further investigation revealed that the victim had an order of protection against Joel Pederson. He was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw. Pederson was arraigned at the town of Warsaw and released on his own recognizance.
