On July 4, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Benton G. Patchett, 25 of Lancaster, NY for driving while intoxicated and moved from lane unsafely.
On July 4, 2023, Troopers stopped Patchett on Harris Hill Rd in the town of Clarence from moving from lane unsafely. Patchett was placed under arrest after failing SFST’S and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Patchett recorded a .10% BAC.
Patchett was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence for July 27, 2023.
