On June 28, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Sean T. Obrien., 36, of Orchard Park, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Genesee Street in the town of Cheektowaga, Obrien was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Obrien had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Obrien had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Clarence, where he refused to submit a chemical test. Obrien was released with appearance tickets for the town of Cheektowaga court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
