On June 25, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Keegan M. Phalen, 30 of Lancaster, NY for driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd.
On June 25, 2023, Troopers were assisting Phalen with a loss plate complaint. Phalen was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and processed at SP Elma. Phalen recorded a .12% BAC.
Phalen was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court for July 6, 2023.
