On June 20, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested David J. Miller, 59 of Williamsville, NY for 3 counts of grand larceny 3rd (felony charges), used vehicle without interlock, 3 counts of burglary 3rd (felony charges), and grand larceny 4th.

On June 17, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to a larceny that had taken place in the beginning of June and Miller was at the business again. Troopers were dispatched again on June 20, 2023, to a larceny in progress Troopers located Miller on June 20, 2023, at his residence and he was transported to SP Clarence for processing for charges stemming from incidents that occurred on June 17, 18, 19 and June 20, 2023, from two different business located in the town of Clarence, NY. Miller stole property value of $18,923.99 from these two businesses.

Miller was arraigned in the town of Clarence and was remanded to Erie County Holding Center pending a felony hearing in the town of Clarence on June 22, 2023.
