LOCKPORT, NY – On June 20, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Adam Timothy James Wilson Sr., 26 of North Tonawanda, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Wilson has been indicted on the follow charges:
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd
- One count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm
- One count of Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd
Wilson was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
