LOCKPORT, NY — On June 16, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Brian Shellman, 49 of Lockport, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Shellman has been indicted on the following charges:
- Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd
- Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, aggregate weight of one-half ounce or more
- One count of Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd
Shellman was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
