On June 7, 2023 the New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Cattaraugus County which resulted in the arrests of Cassandra L. Gee, 32 of Olean NY, Hailie F. Cantrell, 21 of Friendship NY, and Carie M. Collins, 40 of Olean NY for the Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverage to a Minor.
Gee was arrested after making a sale of alcohol to a person under the age of twenty-one at East State Wine and Spirts in the City of Olean. Cantrell was arrested after making a sale of alcohol to a person under the age of twenty-one at Don’s Semi Friendly Tavern in the City of Olean. Collins was arrested after making a sale of alcohol to a person under the age of twenty-one at the Halfway Inn in the Town of Olean.
Both Gee and Cantrell were issued appearance tickets returnable to Olean City Court. Collins was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Olean Town Court.
