On June 4, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested John C. Munch., 61, of Holland, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Holland Glenwood Road in the town of Holland. During the interview, Munch was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Munch had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He was arrested and transported to Erie County Medical Center where he submitted to a blood test. Munch was released with appearance tickets for the town of Holland court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
