LOCKPORT — Sheriff Filicetti announced today the arrest of Sheldon W. Allen III, 30, of Middleport, NY.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force and while executing a search warrant, Allen was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges: Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Allen was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
