LOCKPORT — Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrest of 39-year old, Jessica N. Jackson, an incarcerated individual at the Niagara County Correctional Facility.
On May 24, 2023, a Mental Health Counselor on staff at the correctional facility was assisting Jackson, who was housed in the Infirmary. During that time, Jackson did grab and pull hair from the Counselor’s head.
Jackson was charged with one count of Harassment 2nd and was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Lockport Court. ###
