WHEATFIELD — On May 23, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Reuben W. Davis, 44 of Niagara Falls, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Davis has been indicted on the follow charges:
- Five counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd
- Three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd
- Reuben was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
