LOCKPORT — On 5/8/23, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Julius J. Vercruysse III, 43 of Lockport, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Vercruysse has been indicted on the follow charges:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd
- Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug 4th
- Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
- Criminally using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree
Vercruysse was held in the Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
