The Niagara County Department of Public Works (DPW) is making residents aware that they have contracted with Frandina Engineering and Land Surveying to perform land surveying for a future infrastructure improvement project along Wolcottsville Road and Royalton Center road (between Akron Road, NY Route 93 to Ernest Road).

“Please be aware, that in order to conduct the land survey, Frandina may have personnel in front of on resident’s property and/or near the front of people’s homes,” said DPW Commissioner Garret meal.  “The objective of the survey is to map existing conditions, and does not imply proposed changes to your property.”

Survey crews may be present any time between May 12, 2023 and July 1, 2023, during normal weekday business hours.  There will not be any impact resident’s property during this survey, but DPW wanted to make residents are aware of the crew’s presence. 

Frandina will placing a letter in the doorways of all properties in the coming days notifying residents of the survey work.  If anyone has any questions, they can contact DPW at 716 439-7250.
